KliningLady Client Agreement

1. Platform-only bookings
All cleaning services with a cleaner you discovered, contacted, or were introduced to through KliningLady must be booked and paid through the KliningLady platform.
2. No circumvention / non-solicitation (24 months)
For 24 months after your last booking, you will not directly or indirectly hire, contract, pay, or solicit any cleaner introduced to you via KliningLady outside of the platform — whether for yourself, a household member, an employer, or any third party. This includes paying off-platform, tipping in lieu of fees, or using another booking channel to evade platform fees.
3. Liquidated damages
Because off-platform circumvention causes losses that are difficult to quantify, you agree that each violation entitles KliningLady to liquidated damages equal to the greater of (a) $2,500 per cleaner per incident, or (b) twelve (12) times the cleaner's last on-platform hourly rate multiplied by the hours worked off-platform, plus reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
4. Right to audit & enforce
KliningLady may contact cleaners and clients to verify compliance and may pursue injunctive relief and damages in any court of competent jurisdiction.
5. Acknowledgment
You confirm you are 18+, are entering this agreement voluntarily, and have had the opportunity to review the full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Checking the agreement box and submitting the form constitutes your electronic signature under the E-SIGN Act.
